Now the company is looking for a new product manager to boost the XRP ecosystem.

A new job listing reveals that Ripple is searching for someone who is based in the UK and who can boost adoption of Ripple’s XRP-based cross-border payment solutions called On-Demand Liquidity.

“This Product Manager will bring strong execution skills and creativity to the On-Demand Liquidity team to wholly own novel new features of this product,” the job listing says.

The announcement continues and details that “The role is best suited for someone with a background in order systems, trading technology and a passion for building products that are part of an ecosystem.”

The same announcement tells readers that the ideal candidate must understand the industry trends around cryptos and exchanges and “have the know-how to turn those opportunities into feature sets that drive adoption of cross border payments with XRP.”

Ripple makes huge efforts to boost the whole XRP ecosystem

Ripple and XRP have had a great 2019 even though the achievements marked by these two entities did not necessarily show in the price of Ripple’s digital asset.

XRP’s price was pretty dull during 2019, but the underlying technology is the one that has been promoted more and the one that Ripple’s reps have been highlighting the most.

Ripple has been making massive efforts to fills the gaps of the flawed traditional payments system SWIFT and to be able to offer users a faster, cheaper, and safer way to send money across borders.

In other news, earlier today, its been reported that Ripple’s fundraising and development arm Xpring invests in Flare Networks – this move will reportedly enable “smart contract capability” for the XRP Ledger.
